Our team is available for you Monday to Thursday from 08:30 - 17:00 and fridays from 08:30 - 16:00 (CET / Berlin time). Ideally, you should use our contact form to get in touch. Alternatively, we are also available by phone +49 (0)711 / 3579000 or by e-mail to khm@cabrio.de.
Usually the production in our company takes 2-5 working days after payment is received. For carpet production, usually 3-5 working days and for leather / interior parts, 20-30 working days. However, with each order you will receive an individual specification of your order.

When paying in advance, you will receive a proforma invoice from us after ordering with the request to transfer the total amount. That is, you can easily order in the webshop, receive a confirmation from our team and can then transfer to the specified bank account.

The delivery time indicated on the article does not start until your payment has been booked internally with us. Depending on the bank, this can take up to three business days.
To be able to offer our customers the most favorable shipping costs, we work together with different providers. Our main partners are DHL and GLS, but in special cases, e.g. for bulky goods abroad, we can also use UPS.

As soon as the package is shipped, you will receive a tracking number from our team to track the shipment with the respective provider.
Experience shows that the delivery time is as follows. In individual cases, however, this may vary:
Within Germany approx. 2-5 days
To Switzerland approx. 2-5 days
To EU countries approx. 2-10 days
Outside the EU approx. 7 - 21 days (in individual cases and depending on customs clearance)
Of course, with prior payment, you can pick up your ordered goods directly from us during our opening hours. We look forward to seeing you!
The saddlery profession is a profession with 3 years of training. Very experienced private customers can also install the top themselves in individual cases, but we clearly recommend installation by a saddler. You can find saddlers inside and outside Germany via our saddler finder (in the menu above).

Ideally, you should order the convertible top directly from the saddlery of your choice. This way you have a warranty claim from one source and the saddler can make sure that he orders exactly the right soft top for your vehicle.
