 Which shipping service provider is used for delivery? 

 In order to be able to offer our customers the cheapest shipping costs, we work with various providers. Our main partners are DHL and GLS. In special cases, e.g. for bulky goods abroad, we can also use UPS. As soon as the package is sent, our team will give you a tracking number that you can use to track the shipment with the respective provider. 

 How long does delivery/shipping take? 

 Experience shows that the delivery time is as follows. However, this can vary in individual cases:
Within Germany approx. 2-5 days
To Switzerland approx. 2-5 days
To EU countries approx. 2-10 days
Outside the EU approx. 7 - 21 days (in individual cases and depending on customs clearance)
